用ifconfig来改一下试试

[root@sir beinan]#ifconfig eth0 down
[root@sir beinan]#ifconfig eth0 hw ether 硬件地址

比如
[root@sir beinan]#ifconfig eth0 hw ether 01:0A:EB:26:B2:1D

[root@sir beinan]#/etc/rc.d/rc.inet1

[root@sir beinan]#ifconfig
