我的squid为什么启动不起来啊？

我修改了squid.conf加入了以下的语句
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_with_proxy on
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on
http_access allow all
保存退出
然后运行#service squid start
提示
# service squid restart
停运 squid：[失败]
启动 squid：....................[失败]

不知道是什么原因啊？
