emerge -e world?

昨天刚刚更新portage到了2.2_rc14，之后看log文件说：

If you're upgrading from a pre-2.2 version of portage you might
want to remerge world (emerge -e world) to take full advantage
of some of the new features in 2.2.
This is not required however for portage to function properly.

不知道 emerge -e world会有什么变化呢？ “take full advantage"说的有点模糊，不知道有哪位可以帮忙解释一下，或者有啥文档可以看看的呢。

而且这是从portage到2.2之后第一次出现这样的log，有些不解。

只是建议。个人认为，其实大多数时候没必要作-e world的。

建议而已，非必须，随着你不断升级系统，最终就和 emerge -e world效果一样了。

他是说从2.2版以前的版本升级过来， 估计你只是升级了rc后面的数字

只是原来升级到2.2也没有-e world过，不管了，那样太麻烦了，什么时候得空了再弄，让它自己慢慢折腾去。
