gentoo 是否存在磁盘的load/unload 问题

我用的是thinkpad t43 ,大约每小时24次,正常吗?

我的gentoo就存在。我现在改成了有ac的时候就禁止load/unload,用电池是就打开。

我使用gentoo该值很正常。。
其实,所谓 load/unload 是一种保护措施,如果你所在的地域湿度过高,这个值会增加的快些。。
对于说会损伤硬盘真不知道应该怎么关联。。所有机械都有和会损耗,但某些损耗是必要的,否则往往盘片或磁头损坏更快。。
至少ubuntu有没什么“故意”损坏没用过不敢说。。。起码我用gentoo 在长江边上,每小时也没一次。。呵呵

另外基本不用去担心和考虑类似的事,每个硬件都有其技术细节,有很多其它原因或目的,就象windows下的mtu吵翻天。。
我还有块老盘,load/unload 了几数次都一直在用。。

我的问题很不妙

我的thinkpad t43 上用了laptop-mode, 并且我设置为始终使用laptop-mode, 接电源时硬盘保持工作状态,不spin-down.
可是我查了一下,有时5分钟之內,数值就增大了20。
下面使我的laptop配置文件,我把laptop-mode 放在default runlevel中。谢谢,请高手替我看看

貌似不是只是laptop tools会引起这个问题,虽然ibm说这个数量不会引起任何问题。但是没有总比有好。

基础讨论区有篇文章介绍了这个东西。

挂载磁盘分区一定要加上noatime,否则你读写文件这个数量都会增加

我挂载分区用了noatime。
