(已解决)发点牢骚：gentoo xorg.conf无效了吗？!

好几个月没用电脑了，最近升级了以后发现，屏幕的刷新老是60hz，以前的同一个配置文件！可以用nvidia-settings设置成85hz，但是屏幕歪朝向半边，就像以前的nv驱动，一注销有成60hz了，烦了。。。3d加速没问题，quake3都正常的。特意将xorg.conf中nvidia的"Nologo" 设置成显式的"false"，结果nvidia的logo也没出现。。。是不是gentoo不用xorg.conf了？

任何发行版都不会改xorg的配置文件读取方式
不过我没有n卡，很抱歉

恩，可能我自己这边出了点问题，不具有普遍性。我想可能跟gdm登录管理有关，(备份->删除->重新生成配置文件)正在查找原因...

HorizSync 30.0 - 96.0
VertRefresh 50.0 - 160.0
由ddc自动配置，竟然就好了，屏幕也不闪了。

我这里ddc/edid 有些参数好像不能自动获取(gentoo linux下)

xorg.conf个人有这个配置文件吗？我怎么不知道。倒是n卡有个nvdia-setting-rc，但是应该是受其他地方的文件的影响，我也不知道在哪里...
问题还没有解决...

我有一台intel965主板的机器。根本没有 xorg.conf。一切正常。

现在的xorg可以在没有xorg.conf和有完整的xorg.conf的情况下运行
前面一种情况要看运气，intel的最有保障
xorg的开发者都用intel
