1. Flexibilities, you may include or exclude certain modules or hardware supports
2. CPU optimizations
3. System can run a bit faster
4. More understandings on the kernel

Cons:
1. Very time consuming
2. Must install development tools (e.g. gcc) to your system

装上了，可是感觉好像变化不大，除了加入了bootsplsah~

编译新内核后，启动时间从原来的50秒左右缩短到17秒，别的没什么感觉。
