[HELP！]RH9+APACHE+CGI出错

我在使用RH9+自带的Apache/2.0.40测试CGI的时候，总是发生如下错误：

我的test.pl文件是这样写的：
#!/usr/bin/perl
print "content-type: text/html\n\n";
print "hello";

我试着运行perl，RH显示如下信息：
# perl /var/www/cgi-bin/test.pl
Can't exec /usr/bin/Perl at /var/www/cgi-bin/test.pl line 1.
这是怎么回事啊？难道系统自带的perl有问题？？？
我又用rpm -qa|grep perl 查看，显示有perl-5.8.0-88(RH9.0自带的)

现在我该怎么做，求教版主及各位高人！！！！！！！
