辅助dns无法获取区域文件

我在正常配置了主dns之后，在另外的机器上配置了辅助dns。
但在辅助dns所在机器上使用rndc reload时总是提示connection refused，连接总被拒绝。

我记得在win2000中，主dns服务器中可以配置是否传递区域文件，但在linux中，主dns应该如何配置是否传递区域呢？

传递区域是什么 ? 是不是辅的dns从主dns上更新数据文件下来 ?

你这个好像是说当本身为根DNS时无法设置转发，而不是主区域和辅助区域之间的区域传输问题啊
