debian下proftp(1.2.9)的问题!!

debian下用ftp;//ip访问的结果是530 login incrent
用ftp://user@ip访问出来的是� ... �码可以登陆！

在win下！
用ftp;//ip访问，出来的是个登陆框，添入user:passwd不能登陆
天网防火墙显示：
[19:11:33] ip 试图连接本机的Auther Idnet[113]端口，
           TCP标志：S，
           该操作被拒绝。
(防火墙定植是可以通过传入的连接的)
用虚拟dos是可以访问ftp的！
