scim拖慢了X ? [SOLVED]

it's ok now.
scim -f x11 --no-socket -d

只开x11 frontend，不是很好的办法，那样的话gtk程序也只能通过xim输入了
我想起来了，可能和locale 有关，我现在如果LANG=zh_CN.utf8的话，情况应该和你一样的，我现在全部都是en_US.utf8

scim-panel-gtk depends on gtk, which makes nosence if gnome-terminal depends gnome.

not quite sure what you mean.
在firefox里可以很好的输入中文，因为firefox用的是 gtk-im module.
locale用的是en_US.utf8

firefox support both xim and gtk.immodule....u may not be able 2 use "over the spot" feature in gtk apps...its better 2 use fcitx if u don't want the gtk.immodule support....up 2 u
