顺便请说说分区最小该怎么办？不知道tar xjvpf /mnt/win/gentoo/stages/stage3-x86-2004.3.tar.bz2   tar -xvjf /mnt/win/gentoo/snapshots/portage-20041022.tar.bz2 -C /mnt/linux/usr    这个有多大？？

还有/mnt 在哪个分区上呢？是放那个安装文件的vfat吗？？

/mnt is a directory created by your livecd, it is in a virtual filesystem, not on your harddisk. I believe the /mnt/linux and /mnt/win directories are specific to livecd-1.2, you won't find them with the newer livecds.  So if you use, say knoppix, you need to create them within /mnt manually, or alternatively change the script a bit to suit your own situation.

现在想问一下的就是，2005.1是否也能够用词中方法来进行安装的呢？？好像有些人说不支持的。。谁能来说说是否能行呢？？

It should work, but you may need to change something here and there.  I hope somebody give it a try and then write up an updated version.

如果不能正确的最小话分区硬盘的话，看来x86-universal-2005.1.tar.bz2实在太大了！！！
