美帝那边的朋友(在马塞诸塞州)也不能访问 gentoo-wiki

原gentoo-wiki 的维护者重新开了一个网站，放上了原来gentoo-wiki的旧文档(可以正常访问)：

Fortunately I have been able to recover 99% of the old site and have decided to put it online as it was such a valuable resource.
