无法生成英文locale

用  dpkg-reconfigure locales 命令和 locale-gen en_US.UTF-8都不能正确生成 en_US.UTF-8 locale
代码如下：
提示是生成了，但是用 locale查看确没有
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
