Gentoo安裝完後無法更新Portage [已解決]

如題...
我是使用Gentoo的新手...
我的安裝版本是2007...
使用stage3安裝的...
在我安裝完成後...
我馬上更新Portage tree...
但是卻出現以下訊息...

於是我馬上按照他的建議...執行 emerge portage

但是又出現了下面的訊息...

雖然他有解要怎麼解決...
但對我這個新手來說卻怎麼也看不太懂...
我也找了許多相關的資料...
卻還是解決不了...

可以請有相關經驗的人分享一下要怎麼解決嗎??
學到現在讓我很氣餒耶...

解決辦法：
  echo ">=app-shells/bash-3.2_p33" >> /etc/portage/package.mask
emerge portage

After you've done that, you should be able to remove the bash atom from
/etc/portage/package.mask and update bash:

emerge bash

Blahster
