原来是kde-config 的路径找不到所至，把home下指向kde4的link改一下就好了

我也遇到同样的问题，有人能解决吗？
我只装了kde4和kdelib3和kdebase3还有kdesdk3，其他没装，是不是缺了什么？

我装的怎么还是kde3.5呢？如何安装4.0的？

我的解决办法：
不要用skim
把scim和scim-pinyin都设置成-kde
然后装scim-bridge
.xinitrc或.xprofile设置如下：
export XIM=SCIM
export XIM_PROGRAM=SCIM
export XMODIFIERS=@im=SCIM
export QT_IM_MODULE="scim-bridge"
export GTK_IM_MODULE="scim-bridge"
scim -d

其实 scim 本身在 KDE 下表现也很不错了。我只有一个问题没有解决。
　　我是在 /etc/xprofile 下设置启动 scim 的。但我在进入桌面系统后发现 KDE 下的 scim 没有使用 gtk-engines-qt 设置的风格，十分丑陋。
　　不知道楼上何解？效果如何？

他是个完美主义者，比较喜欢搞一些类似--as-needed拉，什么不要.la文件拉之类的事情

我喜欢这样的作风……不过在大量工作的情况下，这个可能是资源浪费。
　　这么说 cjk 没人了？刚才在回顾 GNW 的时候看到早在 2006 年 CJK 组就说少人了。

貌似我的 skim 编译出问题是由于补丁的问题。不知道这个是不是。
