如何配置服务器，才能让logwatch每天发送到我的邮箱？？？

看了半天，系统默认安装了一个ssmtp
不过这个好像不是MTA程序，只是一个发信的
还要装sendmail和postfix之类的貌似
但是又不是很清楚

请问哪位知道有类似的文档么
就是让系统把日志阿，错误啊，定时发送到指定的邮箱。

ssmtp要指定你的ISP的smtp服务器
你配置一下配置文件
默认情况是连接本机的25端口，那种情况需要你自己机器上装mta

顺便再请教一下，这两个被blocks的包是什么意思？如果我要装qmail的话，要写在原来的ssmtp么？另外请推荐一份qmail的文档，谢谢

那两个都是mta，你的系统里只需要一个mta
如果要装其他的，必须卸载现有的
qmail的文章wiki里有

不过就你的需求来看，你不一定要装qmail

我也想尽量装一个小巧点的mta程序，但是ssmtp好像不能支持我的需要阿，他要smtp服务器，我没有。

请问有什么其他更适合我的么？谢谢

你的ISP不提供SMTP服务器么？
你平时只用webmail?

我一般就用gmail，和自己公司的邮箱，但是smtp要TLS加密。
这台机器也没有固定的ip，只是我自己家里的一台机器，我装了一台linux当网关，顺便挂mldonkey...

你去问问你的ISP，网通／电信，应该会提供smtp服务器的
在公司里，公司也会有的，至少公司的ISP会有
你可以试一下msmtp，和ssmtp差不多，可以处理TLS加密
有没有固定IP，不影响你用msmtp，倒影响你用qmail。
现在如果一个mta不能通过PTR record反向解析域名的话，它发出的信，别人是不会转发的。

不是吧，我是上海ADSL的个人用户，也会提供smtp服务器么？？？
另外国内大部分mailhub都是不支持PTR的吧，运行的好像也不错嘛
只出现过发到AOL的信，AOL是不收的，打电话去机房问怎么做PTR，机房说不知道。。。
