man的显示变成这样了(高亮效果没有了，esc序列以asc方式显示)，是哪个环节的问题呢，我想

是不是你的终端设置类型有误？把TERM设置成linux看看。

TERM在X Window下设成xterm的，字符终端下是linux
有一点我搞错了，显示还是有高亮的，可是是ESC这三个字符高亮

Please change two lines in /usr/share/misc/man.conf to read

NROFF  /usr/bin/nroff -c -mandoc
PAGER  /usr/bin/less -isrR

可以用来直接看man 文件的，后边要是加 less的话，记得要有 -iR
