i can configure the fcitx in my gentoo

i successfully install the fcitx and if i type the fcitx command the fcitx bar will be on my screen,
but i really can't input chinese by it.
i dont't know why.
and i can't find the ~./gWuBi/profile or ~./gPingYing/profile, etc, where are they then?
and any expert  can help me?
