我在linux上建了一個cvs服務器,發現用root帳號commit時,報錯.

請問是否不能用root帳號當cvs帳號.
The server reported an error while performing the "cvs commit" command.
  test: cvs [commit aborted]: 'root' is not allowed to commit files

如果真的不行,請問加其它帳號的方法.
