debian下squid经常出错.

我只自定义了这个认证
acl freeing src 192.168.112.28/32
http_access allow freeing
现在192.168.112.168.28这台机可以debian下squid的上网(发贴就是这台机)
但我打开3个ie,或刷新比较快的时候,就会出现下面的错误:
