Second issue is to do with the fact that in console, utf8 characters are not
displayed correctly it seems. For example we had confirmed cases of polish
characters not being displayed like they should in console with utf8 patches,

看来老外也是急需console下的本地文字显示啊！！polish characters我都还没经过呢。。。

大体是使用波兰语UTF-8的用户原来好好的，用了这个打UTF-8中日韩补丁的内核，他在console控制台下的字体就乱码了，所以不得不把这个补丁撤下来，等补丁维护者解决这个问题再重新加入。
