看系统资源以哪个为准？

top: total 1010360 ,used 295072 ,free 715288 ,buffers 13532（k）
System Monitor:171.0MiB(17.3%) of 986.7MiB
看来内存消耗方面系统自带的free和top命令还是一致，但是不知是他们准还是System monitor准。


Cpu方面不好说， top有user,system...而System monitor是一个整体，但是我看好像两个还是有点差别。

我没有装conky,conky准吗？我不清楚。

到底该怎么看系统资源消耗，哪个是准确的。
有一个手表的时候我们知道准确的时间，可是有三个手表的时候我们就不知道了。
