openSUSE10.3 KDE下vpn拨号老报错"LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests&

不管使用kvpnc还是ttpt，拨号总是显示：
LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests
Connection terminated.
Modem hangup

查看日志，显示：

好像总是到“Echo-Reply”时候报错。

请问怎么解决阿，我已经弄了2天了，还是没好。
