关于文件时间存在多种格式的问题

文件列表中存在如下多种系统时间，为什么有些只有日期，有些还有时间，不相同，为什么会出现这样的情况?
有没有办法用改为统一的一种格式，这样写shell的时候，会方便一些?请指教,谢谢!
