suse10.1 里的cvs有问题 ？

设置了一个本地路径 export CVSROOT=“~/cvsroot”
后mkdir ~/cvsroot

运行 cvs init  居然 出错 ...

ssh: ~: Name or service not known
cvs [init aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)]

大家有没有运到这样的 情况阿  suse以前的版本都不会的。

export CVSROOT=~/cvsroot

或直接cvs -d ~/cvsroot init。
