为何getoo下的nautilus不能浏览局域网里的其他机器？

点击network之后，没有任何反应，只给出一个空的窗口。编译gnome-vfs的时候加了samba, samba service也已经启动了。请问应该如何做？

OK, I got it work. I re-emerged gnome-vfs with samba (yes, i didn't add it last time) support.

now the problem is that the mp3s that has a chinese name in another machine can't be played by beep-media-player, once the file is add into play list, it become crap whilst it looks fine in nautilus...

why does this happen ???

我的意思是说，我从来都不用 Samba 太麻烦了，
我取其他的机器上的东西都是用 OpenSSH 登录上，
就像操作本地的机器一样了啊。

另外，如果你的应用程序不支持中文，看看你的 C 库是否按支持 Unicode 来编译（默认是支持的）。
以及你的环境变量是不是Unicode, 用 locale 命令看一下。
如果不是就在 /etc/bash/bashrc 文件中加入下面的命令吧。

我的也是，不过我记得以前的版本（太约2005年4月份左右）都是可以显示的，现在使用 gnome 2.1.12.0 倒不能显示。郁闷。
