debian已经都把包从网上下载好了，为什么安装包会报错呢?

为了确认是否把需要的包都下载好了，我用
apt-get update
系统应答:
。。。
reading package list ... done;
上面的输出我想应该表明了需要的包都下载好了吧


当我输入:
apt-get install gnome-core

系统输出:
the following packages have unmet dependencies
gnome-core:depends:bug-buddy(>=2.10.0),but it is not going to be intalled
.....
....
....
E:Broken packages

安装另一个包又提示:
this installation run will require temporarily removing the essential package e2fsprogs due to a conflicts/pre-depends loop,this is often bad,but if you really want to do it,activeate the atp:
force -loopbreak optioin
E:INternal Error,could not early remove e2fsprogs

这又是怎么回事?

还有，我从安装盘安装debian的时候,base-config可以选择中文，以后的配置界面也是中文的；

你没解决依赖关系，也就是说有一些依赖包你没下载。
