gcc-4.0.1的问题

我编译了gcc-4.0.1完后，运行了gcc-config切换成gcc-4.0.1的编译环境，并且执行source /etc/profile，完成前述工作后成功编译了glibc-2.3.5-20050722，可是这时我想重新emerge gcc，出现错误，得到如下提示：

无法编译下去，编译其它软件也出现同样的错误，请问我少作了哪些步子？
切换回原来的环境也出现类似的错误，我该如何恢复？

Have you ever emerged the latest version of binutils?

我也碰到过这个这个问题。。最后只能放弃gcc4.01~~

至今没找到解决办法。。

binutils已经是最新版的,版本号为2.6.1啊!
