Wrong with the locale setting

I only want to use chinses input, but there are two warning? who know what's mean about?
my system is gentoo 2005.1.
/etc/env.d/00locale is
LANG="en_US"

XIM=fcitx
XIM_PROGRAM=fcitx

重新启动X就OK了

but the fcitx can't input the chinses, Ctrl + Space is unuseful !

现在的情况是这样了,可以了输入中文了.但是置顶的浮条上没有"五笔"这一栏,而且输入条上也没有中文提示.我的字体是用苹果的,是不是这里设置有问题?
还有这次安装xorg后,直接就可以显示中文了,不像以前还要在xorg.conf里修改文件什么
有谁碰到过这样的事吗?
