fcitx奇怪ctrl+space不同地方掉出不同输入法

i install fcitx 3.1
and i can call out fcitx when i use ctrl+space
but it cannot input chinese .when i try to input chinese with it ,it inputs like that

how can i solve out this problem!
i cannot sleep now ,help me !
my fc2 use utf-8 .and i add /root.bashrc  :

rt LC_ALL=zh_CN.UTF-8
export LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8
export XMODIFIERS="@im=fcitx"

新问题啊
启动的时候设置成3进text再进x，crrl+space在哪里调出的都是fcitx，但是在哪里输入的也都是乱码
启动的时候设置成5直接进x，ctrl+space在文本编辑器调出的是fcitx也能正常输入中文了，但是在qq，调出的却是智能拼音，也能正常输入
我安装前已经
rpm -e chinput
rpm -e xcin
删除后安装前，我也试过是只剩下英文输入了
我的是fc2，大家帮帮我啊
