squid配置的问题

安装MDK8.2的机器，内网ip10.15.1.15 外网接一个tp－link的路由，分给外网的ip是192.168.1.60,已经配置好内、外网网卡。squid按照以下方式配置：

http_prot 3128
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_with_proxy on
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on
cache_effective_user nobody
cache_effective_group nobody
http_access allow all
cache_dir ufs /usr/local/squid/cache 100 16 256
把客户机的IE里设置好代理10。15。1。15：3128，但访问失败，提示为：
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

squid是系统默认的安装。包括防火墙也是装系统时一起装上去的。squid所属用户和组均为：squid
