3C920网卡的DHCP客户端问题

HP工程师告诉我是3Com 920-mv00
/sbin/lspci显示3C905c-TX/TX-M
system-network-config设置中也是，
局域网中，曾经dhcp和静态IP 都成功过，
但重启后就再也不行
Determing IP information...失败。检查电缆？

可是电缆根本就没问题。
应该也不是dhcp server的问题，
因为我的台式机同样的fedora core2没问题，虽然网卡不同。

console下运行dhclient命令后网络通了，
但是startx进不去XWINDOWS
CTRL-ALT-DEL后显示以下

目前只好在XWINDOWS下运行dhclient，
mozilla浏览本论坛后不久死住，不知何故
