关于clarkconnect 里面的proftpd设置

我用clarkconect做了路由服务器带宽是光缆100M现在想用它做了个ftp server 它用的是proftpd
安装完后的proftpd.conf 配置如下

但我在别的速度快的网吧进这个ftp下载速度只有300-400k
这是为什么我得是100m的光缆...
