为什么我的sendmail不能正常25 号端口？

我的mail的dns为mail.ftylmj.com
sendmail.cf我修改了：
C{w}localhost.localdomain为
C{w}mail.ftylmj.com

O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA为

O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=192.168.0.102, Name=MTA

重启显示为：

不知为什么25  没有起来？？

必须把这句给注销掉，否则系统只能向自己收邮件，你改了ip也没用的。

经过上面的修改后：
telnet 192.168.0.102

但是我在telnet时出现如下就停了
220 localhost.localdomain ESMTP Sendmail 8.12.8/8.12.8; Wed, 26 May 2004 13:03:1
4 +0800
telnet本机时出现：
[root@dns mail]# telnet: connect to address 127.0.0.1: Connection refused
-bash: telnet:: command not found

且只能接收本地邮件。外网的邮件能相互发送，但并不能真接接收到信件
不知哪出错了？
