gcc版本与内核版本不同，不过我安装linux－headers时自动匹配了，本来装了gcc 4.3 安装linux－headers又自动下了gcc4.1 base 匹配。

这只是个提示而已，据我的经验，并不真的需要完全匹配gcc的版本，因此在此回答“No”，就会继续往下编译了。

不知道楼主用的内核版本是多少的？
我的nvidia的驱动程序在debian 5.0 testing版，内核为2.6.26安装不成功，下载了2.6.29的内核编译后顺利安装。
