dns坏了？通过网站名上不了网络，只能通过ip地址

我重新安装了avahi也不行。在登陆的时候（xfce4），总是提示网络找不到。可是明明可以分得到ip（dhcp）。
xfce4提示如下：
Could not look up internet address for gentoo.This will prevent Xfce from operating correctly.It may be possible to correct the problem by  adding gentoo to the file /etc/hosts on your system.

我把gentoo（我的主机名称）加入到/etc/hosts中，开机这个弹出框没有了，可是问题还是存在。

xfce的提示和你能不能上网无关
你要配置一下/etc/resolv.conf
一般的dhcp服务器会提供dns，你的dhcp服务器恐怕需要再配置一下

对的。我现在手动将/etc/resolv.conf设置dns，现在是可以了。我用的是tplink 的tl－R460路由器，一直没有动过。
