有时会的。排除xeffects方面的问题的话，可以试试tor上去。
8＋9大之前大概10几天，我只能tor上xeffects

好像不是 区域性 原因，fourm 上 foreigner 也问，可能是 ati 新驱动准备 ...  

compiz fusion 直接能emerge 了，无奈我的集成卡，又闹性格了

Hi.

The gentoo-xeffects.org server and domain has been deactivated. Alex
(nesl247) is going to send an email about that.
If you look at #gentoo-xeffects in the freenode IRC network, you'll notice
that I've temporarily copied all ebuilds in the xeffects overlay to my
personal overlay at overlays.gentoo.org. I plan to keep those ebuilds there
for at least 15 days. If you want to use it run "git clone
git://git.overlays.gentoo.org/dev/jmbsvicetto.git". If you need any file
that was on the distfiles.gentoo-xeffects.org let me know as I have a copy
of those files.
I'm working with a few other people in starting a desktop-effects overlay
that will include a subset of the current ebuilds on the xeffects tree.
