Failed while emerging scim-pinyin :

Hi fellows,sorry for posting in English,'cos emerging scim failed:beat  and dont want to install fctix (no offense to fctix users, just dont like it personally).

Source was compiled succusessfully, but failed to install due to the following error:

[PHP]
/bin/sh @MKINSTALLDIRS@: No such file or directory
[/PHP]

is @MKINSTALLDIRS@ a emerge system's variable or something? is anything missed? :ask Please help me.
