锐捷认证 上网的问题(很抱歉又把老问题搬出来)

我是刚接触Linux的，最近上网的事一直很头疼，看了好多帖子，都没成功。
我是在学校用锐捷认证上网的，第一步就是安装libpcap库
但我一直安装不上，不知道什么原因，请各位高手帮帮忙

问题如下

你是SUSE  Linux 就大可不必所有东西都编译
libcap在光盘里面有
yast安装就好
如果非要编译，你还是没装gcc编译器
