How can I run fcitx on Xebian (Debian for xbox) ???

I've installed Debian on my xbox,  have already upgraded the GNOME desktop.
and can already view chinese pages both bg5 & gb now.
I installed fcitx with the command "apt-get install fcitx".
It has been already on my box, but does not work ...
I tried to unpackage the 25xinput.tar.gz to the directory /etc/X11/Xsenssion.d/

and it still does not work .
The penguin tool bar shows on my desktop,
but at the end of tool bar it shows not chinese words but some blocks(you can see at the screenshot),
and nothing happens when I press Ctrl + Space.

I cannot upgrade locale with "apt-get install loacale",  it shows:

I just can not reinstall locales or run"dpkg-reconfigure locales".
It shows "locales is broken ..."
I don't know what I can do wiht the package "glibc-2.3.2.ds1-22.diff.gz".
Somebody help me
