CCACHE 使用问题

关于CCACHE这个，
传说安装好之后编译速度会提高很多恨多，
不再废话，开始询问。

因为使用的是Gentoo,所以直接就
emerge ccache <-- 这是安装ccache

之后我曾经设置过make.conf中
的CCACHE_SIZE="2G"还有ccache -M 2G
问题就是在我大规模编译的时候，
ccache -s
显示都是0,没有任何增长。

CCACHE_DIR="/var/temp/ccache" ccahce -s
也是一样。

网络上面有过另外一种设置，
cp ccache /usr/local/bin/
ln -s /usr/local/bin/ccache /usr/local/bin/gcc
ln -s /usr/local/bin/ccache /usr/local/bin/g++
ln -s /usr/local/bin/ccache /usr/local/bin/cc
之后使用which gcc

可是两种都没有任何效果。

有人使用过CCACHE吗？
怎么可以解决。

export PATH="/usr/lib/ccache/binPATH" 以后再试试

使用ccache并不能提高编译速度，只是利用硬盘空间作cache，重复编译时有一定几率命中而已

thx, u right
it just work by hit and miss
after a long time ,
it will reduce compling time

so i just add
something to my make.conf
like that

之前还运行了/usr/bin/ccache-config --install-links
装firefox以前要1个多小时，启用ccache后半个小时。
