Vmware Workstation的安装小Tip

1, emerge it
# emerge app-emulation/vmware-workstation

2, compile the modules
# /opt/vmware/bin/vmware-config.pl

3, add the vmware service
# rc-update add vmware default

4, restart the computer
I don't know why, if not restarted, it cannot work properly.

5, add user to vmware group
if not added in vmware group, it will show such warning:
Failed to connect to peer process.

6, now enjoy it

5, add user to vmware group

这一步怎么做？
我是这样做的：usermod -G vmware username
但是普通用户仍然不能使用vwmare，只有超级用户可以使用。

/usr/bin/vmware: line 85: /etc/vmware/locations: 权限不够
/usr/bin/vmware: line 177: /lib/wrapper-gtk24.sh: 没有那个文件或目录
/usr/bin/vmware: line 177: exec: /lib/wrapper-gtk24.sh: cannot execute: 没有那个文件或目录

$gpasswd -a You_User_Name vmvare
