OPENGL 好像是跨平台的吧，应该可以用

你要弄清楚，OpenGl是图形处理的工业标准。硬件、软件开发商要符合这个标准。它本身在软件开发上只有API，而不是什么编写动画的软件。要软件你还是另外找吧。

如果你想要的是3D编程引擎的话，Crystal Space, OGRE等等都不错，可以在sourceforge.net
上搜索，如果是想要类似3D Max之类的3D 绘图软件，blender不错。
