两个硬盘启动的问题！

我有两个硬盘，第一个是40G的安装了redhat3，120G的是第二硬盘安装的是winxp，在40G的硬盘上的mbr中安装的是grub引导程序，但是启动不起winxp。

请问如何解决，我的机器配置在签名中
另外，我想在40G的硬盘中再装一个linux系统，/boot目录还需要重新创建吗？
应该注意哪些问题！
