启httpd服务时报错大家帮帮忙

我在启httpd服务时显示
Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain namee
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down

我的DNS有问题吗，为什么不能用这个域名呢？
还是我的端口被占用但其它没有占用端口啊。
