我开始写毕业论文了!请兄弟们给点见意啊.

明年就要毕业了，我选了一篇关于Linux的论文

题目是：利用Linux实现校园网络服务

　　小弟首次写论文，由于出于对Linux的衷爱，并在我现在单位用Linux做了校园网的部分服务，为了能学更多Linux网络服务器方面的知识，特别选这了个题目，在Linux网络服务方面也只是菜鸟一个。

　　我的大概思想是，通实验的方式先实现如校园网的网络拨号、网络代理、DNS、文件打印共享、Web服务、Mail服务、VOD等服务器的设置管理，然后再把过程以论文的式写出来。是一个注重实践的论文。其实也不知道如何下手，应该写什么样的服务才实用于校园网。

　　希望在LinuxSir有经验的兄弟们给小弟提点见意。给小弟指点一二，在此深表感谢！也希望能与LinuxSir的众兄弟一同进步。

One very important point in writing your thesis is originality.  Alternative speaking, what are your original works and not just repeating the same success of someone else.

Building the infrastructure, networking in university campus etc are already practised by numerous network administrators and solution providers.  I think you would better study areas that are not or rarely explored.  Based on what you have described, you are simply practising what other gurus and developers have done inthe past, you may not claim any original works.

So, think again what should be done first.  I mean, define again what is your research statement and what problems you intend to solve.  Then, prepare a literature review to open up your mind in finding solutions.  Next, establish a framework of implementing your solution.  Collect relevant data and analyze data to support your arguments and then develop a model of implementing your solution.  This is important because it is your claim of original works.

Next, describe the assumptions and limitations of your model, possible applications of your model in other areas.  Finally, provide suggestions for further researches and then draw your conclusions.

I am sorry that I am not familiar with Chinese input, hope you catch my meanings.
