Apache奇怪问题，高手救命！

我用的RH9.0，APACHE版本是2.0.40，HTML网页已能正常显示，可我在客户机上只要一点击JAVASCRIPT网页，就出错。
比如，我点击一个链接：javascript:EnterIlaswebCont()，就出现如下错误：Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Error message:
Premature end of script headers: EnterIlasweb
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster
Error 500

EnterIlasweb文件在/u/ilasII_GB/webpac/cgi-bin/目录下，我的httpd.conf主要设置如下：

DocumentRoot "/u/ilasII_GB/webpac/html/"

DirectoryIndex index.htm index.cgi

Alias "/images /u/ilasII_GB/webpac/images"

ServerName 192.168.0.103:80

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "/u/ilasII_GB/webpac/cgi-bin"

客户机的浏览器是没有问题的。
请高手指教！
