PCMCIA is not supported in the kernel as yet.
The 'tulip' driver supports DEC 2114x chipset 10/100 PCI cards.
IPCop may not detect ISA network cards, though it is possible to use them. It may detect some.
Most generic ISA network cards are 'NE2000 compatible'. However, the set up utilities for many are manufacturer specific.
