vsftp的设置问题

我已经用xinetd服务启动我的FTP,设置如下

service ftp
{
        socket_type             = stream
        wait                    = no
        user                    = root

#       log_on_failure          += USERID
        nice                    = 10
        disable                 = no
}

但我登陆服务器的时候就会上不去



[root@localhost vsftpd-1.2.2]# ftp localhost
Connected to localhost (127.0.0.1).
421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection


怎么样才能打开服务器的连接?
